2. Services Offered
We provide mobile and online notary services, including but not limited to:
- Acknowledgments
- Jurats
- Oaths & Affirmations
- Power of Attorney documents
- Estate planning documents
- Travel consent forms
- DMV documents
- Contracts and agreements
Secure online notarization may be available for eligible documents upon request.
3. Appointment Requirements
- ✔ Valid Identification: All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID
- ✔ Service Area: Henderson, Las Vegas, and surrounding areas
- ✔ Scheduling: Appointments are arranged by phone or text to confirm details and availability
4. Payment Terms
- ✔ Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, including credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets
- ✔ Payment Timing: Payment is due at the time of service unless discussed in advance
- ✔ Travel Fees: Travel fees are confirmed prior to service and are non-refundable once the appointment is scheduled, in accordance with Nevada regulations

5. Cancellations & Refunds
