3. Appointment Requirements
✅ Valid Photo ID Required – All clients must present government-issued identification at the time of notarization.
✅ Travel Fees Apply – Travel fees vary based on location and must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.
✅ Serving Henderson, Las Vegas & Surrounding Areas – Availability may depend on scheduling and location accessibility.
4. Payment Terms
✔ Travel Fee Payment – The travel fee is nonrefundable, regardless of appointment changes or cancellations, as required by Nevada law.
✔ Notary Fees – Can be paid in full at booking or at the time of service.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy
❌ Nonrefundable Travel Fee – Once paid, the travel fee is final and nonrefundable under all circumstances.
✔ Refunds for Notarial Services – Prepaid notary fees may be refunded, depending on the circumstances.
✔ Rescheduling Policy – Clients may reschedule with at least 24 notice to avoid additional fees.
