We provide notarization for:

✔ A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
✔ The document must be complete—we cannot notarize blank or incomplete forms.
✔ All signers must be present at the time of notarization.

 ✔ Notary fees are based on Nevada state regulations.
✔ For meet-up appointments, a $15 commitment fee is required to reserve your time   and is applied toward your total.
✔ For mobile services, a travel fee is required upfront and varies based on distance.
✔ For Remote Online Notary (RON), full payment is required in advance.
✔ Contact us for a detailed pricing breakdown based on your needs. 

 ✔ Travel/service fees are nonrefundable once appointment travel or reserved scheduling commitment has been confirmed.

 ✔ Missed appointments or no-shows will forfeit any fees paid.
✔ A new appointment and payment will be required to reschedule. 

✔ Yes, but rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice to avoid additional fees.
✔ If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.

✔ Yes, but a parent or legal guardian must be present for notarization.
✔ Some documents may require additional verification—please check with us beforehand.

 ✔ We accept secure online payments, including major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
✔ Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. 

 ✔ Appointments can be requested online or by phone/text.
✔ Once your request is received, payment is required to confirm and secure your time slot.
✔ Appointment details will be provided after confirmation.
✔ Same-day and urgent requests may be accommodated based on availability.
